Many European countries do not have an export obligation if the goods have been produced in EU-member states. A couple of countries (like Norway, Switzerland and some Eastern European countries), however, do have an export- and import obligation.
Vos Transport is willing to assist you in arranging import- and export to countries outside the EU-member states for you. In such a case we kindly request you to hand us the following documents:
- Waybill
- Commercial invoice in duplicate
- Agreement or authorization for acting as direct representative
- Eur1-certificate or invoice explanation < € 6.000,- if applicable
- Packing list
